<b>Larissa Guarino</b>
Larissa GuarinoOperations Manager, Paralegal and Benefits Application Coordinator

Larissa joined the firm in 2013 and has over 8 years of experience in the legal field. Her roles with the firm are Operations Manager, Paralegal and Benefits Application Coordinator.

As Operations Manager she is responsible for case file management, computer and communications systems, and to ensure the office runs smoothly. Her roles as Benefits Application Coordinator and Paralegal is to guide and support families through Estate Administration, Probate, Guardianships, Conservatorships, and the VA and Medicaid application processes.

Larissa’s dedication to her position and the close, hands-on assistance she provides to our clients, enables her to provide personal assistance and guidance to clients as they maneuver their way through the Medicaid process.

<b>Deirdre Cechin</b>
Deirdre CechinCommunity Outreach Director

As Community Outreach Director, Deirdre is actively involved in all aspects of community initiatives and serves as the firm’s voice to inform and educate about long-term care planning for seniors and veterans.

Working in Business and Marketing for many years, Deirdre has found her passion with Quinn Estate & Elder Law. Talking with families and creating partnerships with care providers and communities, she is able to help families through the long term care journey. She also serves on the Alzheimer’s Association Walk, and Voyce Caregiver committees to honor seniors and caregivers.

Deirdre is a long time St. Charles resident and is married to husband Tim with 2 grown sons, Taylor and Jordan and her grandson, Justin. She loves Cardinal baseball, home improvement projects, and spending time with family including dog Layla and cat Tuna.

<b>Michelle Hepper</b>
Michelle HepperParalegal/VA Benefits Application Coordinator

Michelle began working at Quinn Estate & Elder Law part-time in 2014 and began full-time work in 2015. She has over 12 years of paralegal experience in various aspects of the legal field. As the VA Benefits Application Coordinator, Michelle is responsible for assisting clients through the planning stages and application process for VA benefits. Michelle has also assisted our clients through the estate administration process of probate, guardianship and conservatorship matters. Michelle strives to provide our clients with personal attention to their needs and concerns as they navigate through the VA benefits process.

Michelle resides in West St. Louis County with her husband Greg. They have three children; two daughters, Emily and Sarah, who are both attending college and pursuing degrees in the medical field, and a son Jacob who is in high school and a competitive swimmer.

<b>Donna Arney</b>
Donna ArneyBookkeeper

Donna has been with the firm since 1995. Working closely with the attorneys and accountant, she maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting transactions and reconciling accounts. She also pays the office bills and prepares weekly reports for the firm.

Donna has an Associate Degree in Business from Florissant Valley Community College. Outside of work, Donna enjoys cooking, reading, yoga and spending time with her 2 daughters and granddaughter.

<b>Jill Wheatley</b>
Jill WheatleyAdminstrative Assistant & Receptionist

Jill joined the firm in October of 2016 and has over 10 years’ experience in customer service. Her role with the firm is receptionist and administrative assistant. As the receptionist and administrative assistant she is responsible for scheduling client appointments, acquiring and documenting client forms, information and also directing client inquires to the attorney/paralegal.

Jill and her husband Ryan live in Arnold, Missouri with their daughter McKenzie and are expecting their second child in July of 2017. Jill is a St. Louis native and enjoys watching the St. Louis Cardinals along with the St. Louis Blues.
